Once we get the “biodigestor” you will take a look at the process of producing bio gas and biofertilizer through pig excrement, then we’ll go straight to Nacientes Palmichal where our personnel will be waiting with a snack, after that you’re invited to take a walk through our natural reserve, then we’ll have lunch and you can taste Rural San Jose traditional food, following that there’s a interesting lecture about our history, goals and work, once we end this part of the tour we’ll take to the Beneficio Palmichal so you can take a look at the coffee production process and the process of making organic fertilizer from coffee peal and “lombricultura”.
